Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We start at 50 units for standard catalogue products and 200 units for custom sizes or colours. Sample orders are outside that limit.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Price depends on weight, size, number of colours and order quantity. Instead of one list price we quote per request.
What is your lead time?
7–10 working days for stock colours, 3–4 weeks when custom dyeing is needed. Samples usually ship within 3 working days.
Do you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Labels, packaging and piping colour can all be customised; box printing is quoted separately.
Do you send samples and colour cards?
Colour cards are free. The cost of a product sample is deducted from your first invoice.
How should the products be washed?
30°C delicate for standard products and the 40°C baby cycle for the baby range. We advise against fabric softener — it flattens the wellsoft surface.
