Havlüks is a family business specialising in wellsoft blanket production. Everything in our catalogue is made in our own facility.
Our story
Havlüks began when a team with years of contract manufacturing behind them started their own brand. At first there was a single product — the classic single wellsoft blanket. Today we produce a catalogue of four collections and twelve products for buyers ranging from hotels to online retailers.
How we produce

Yarn selection
Yarn count and strength are checked for every batch; the baby range runs on a separate line.

Knitting and brushing
Surface density — the thing that decides anti-pilling performance — is set during brushing.

Dyeing
Every tone in the palette is measured in the lab so it stays identical from batch to batch.

Cutting and sewing
Single-panel cutting, twin-needle seams and the final inspection all happen on one line.
